with a BlueTooth device that does not connect is to keep trying.
There are no tweaks to be done. The thing either syncs or it doesn't
Keep going.

I'm running an iMac G5 (iSight ed.), with Mac OS X 10.4.9, and am having trouble syncing my Bluespoon SPIDER with my computer using the built in bluetooth.
This is the first time I have tried syncing the headset: and everything was fine until the pairing process.
I used Apple's Bluetooth Setup Assistant, and the following occured:
- I started Bluetooth Setup Assistant, selected Any Device (i've also tried on Heaset), and clicked continue.
- The assistant found the discoverable Bluespoon Spider headset, so I selected it and clicked continue.
- I was prompted to key in a passkey, for which I entered 0000 (as directed by the user guide)
- Then, very quickly on the next screen, I was informed that:
"The pairing attempt was unsuccessful. Make sure your headset is in
range of this computer, turned on and 'discoverable'. When ready,
select Continue to try again."
This occurs repeatedly-- with no help from Apple Online Chat support and no knowledge documents I could obtain on the web. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Thank you,
Alex
