Trying to Scan images from HP OfficeJet 9130 to server

Hi, I have a custom built server and a HP OfficeJet 9130. I am trying to scan images from the 9130 to a specific folder on my server. When I try to scan it says current folder is marked "Read-Only" and cannot be sent. On my server when I try to change the attribute the read only box is greyed, though I am able to un-check it. I do so, apply, close. I try to send the image again, but it has the same error. I recheck the folder, and it has reverted back to the setting of Read Only. It has rather annoying to change it, and then it reverts back to the Read Only Setting. This problem occurs with no other computers on my network. I haven't done anything else to the settings, except give the folder full permissions to other users. Thank You
