TRYING TO DOWNLOAD LIMEWIRE ON NEW LAPTOP???

Feb 24, 2010 10:44AM PST

I have tried to download Limewire on my laptop but it will not let me. I have unblocked the site so it should be able to download. It didnt have any problems downloading free antivirus'. When I click for it to download nothing pops up. And then I click on the thing it says to click if it doesnt start downloading and nothing happens. The load bar at the bottom of my browser turns green quickly (like it is loading a webpage) but nothing starts. What do I do?

BTW. I have a new laptop it is a HP with windows 7.

First of all do you get an error? Second are you getting any indication that the download has started? Do you see the window that show the % done or bytes remaining? I would try to download it from another site liek the downloads section on CNET.
