Trying To Buy some Good android Phone

hey guys I spent the last 2 weeks searching for a good android phone , But I Didn't found the right one , all The phones were expensive , I'm looking for budget phone between 100$ -150$ ,

a friend of mine suggest me this one :

any suggestions ???
