Wheel chocks (or chocks) are wedges of sturdy material placed closely against a vehicle's wheels to prevent accidental movement. Chocks are placed for safety in addition to setting the brakes. The bottom surface is sometimes coated in rubber to enhance grip with the ground.

I think Warren might want to chock DJT.

DJT made a visit to India this past week. He tried pandering to the populace by sprouting some Hindi language absurdities, which involved him saying really cringeworthy hindi phrases.
Nevertheless, his English is even worse, I would say 'Grin
