Hi everyone,i am having troubles with Skype.I have downloaded it on my laptop but when i video call to someone i can't hear their voice.Please give me some suggestions

And you have checked your audio settings? What computer type, L/T, Desktop..OS? Are you using a headset? More information might help.
Well, firstly check your audio settings and check if the correct speaker is selected (default sometimes does not work). Secondly, check if it is only skype that is having those issues. If you go to you volume mixers at the bottom right (on windows) you can check if the volume is muted or something like that. And if none of that works, then please inform us of your setup and if you can hear other things from skype (calls, anything).
