I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems.
Try either unplugging the cable box and letting it reset, or you might try calling your cable provider to see if there's an update or refresh that can be done to the box. Often times, they can update your cable box while you're on the phone.
A couple of days our cable provider updated
our programming on our TV..We have a digital
TV..and for the last 2 days we have been
without sound on channel 7 or 57 or 72...
And when I use channel 800 there is no
volumn during the ads but the program
comes on okay after the commercials..
Anyone had this problem before?..And it
is only on one of our TV sets the one
in the den is okay.
