Trouble with knob on camera on/off,etc Any one else?

I have a kodak Easy Share camera. it is a Cx7330. This is my second one. Both have had a tight knob on them to turn off and on, etc. My second one was so bas that it flew out of my hand(the camera) and now it won't work at all. Does not come on or anything? I just wanted to know how many have this problem? I think if you buy two like that , it has to be in the manufactoring!
