Trouble viewing video on some websites

Windows XP Professional, IE 7.0
I am having trouble viewing video on one of my favorite sites. There is just a blank frame with an icon in it where the video should be. What should I set my Tools>Internet Options> Security or Privacy settings at to view the video? It is at medium level now, and I have added the site URL to my Trusted list. Still no luck. Please help

Or Possibly Using A HOSTS File?

Some flash videos load an advertisement at the beginning of their video.. If you've installed a special HOSTS file or an advert blocker, then the video won't load because it doesn't go past the original blocked URL of the advert.

Fix this by editing or disabling the HOSTS file or turning off the advert blocker.

Hope this helps.
