You provided so little info to go on.
Can you access/start Windows at all? If so, try using System Restore to restore the system to an earlier date/time. If not, have you tried booting to Safe mode? Restart or turn on the computer. Immediately begin tapping the F8 key. This should soon bring up the Windows Advanced Options menu. Using the up arrow key, select "Last known good configuration" and press Enter.
If this doesn't work, but you are able to access the Windows Advanced Options menu, using this method access the Safe mode. From Safe mode attempt to perform a System Restore to an earlier date/time.
Also, run an anti-virus scan from either normal or Safe mode. If it finds any viruses, quarantine or delete them. Then delete all System Restore points. To delete the System Restore points, right click on My Computer . Left click on Properties > System Restore > place a checkmark beside "Turn off System restore on all drives. Then click on Apply. Remove the checkmark and click Apply > OK.
If none of this works, let us know if you have added
any new hardware such as printers, cameras, etc. prior to the problem occuring. And does removing these items fix the ptoblem? Also, check to see that cables, etc. are securely connected.
Hope this is helpful. Post back the results.
