Trouble Installing English MUI on Japanese Windows Vista Ult

Jan 17, 2008 8:18PM PST

Hi ,
Need a urgent help. I have laptop with Japanese Windows Vista Ultimate.I am trying to change the display lanuage to English.
I found the English pack in Windows update and installed it.
In confirmed it by going to Windows Update again and the English
pack was not there in available updates.
But when i go to regional settings to change the lanuage , the option to change the Lanuage is not there. When i logged off and logged in again and went to Windows update again , English was again listed under the avaiable MUI updates. I have done this 10 times and spent soome last 48 hours on it. Any help will be greatly appriciated.
Regards
Deb

Comes with stellar support. Call it's supplier or maker and ask them to support you and if not, ask for a full refund so you can start over.

Microsoft offers free Windows Update support regardless of your warranty status or source of purchase. Just click here and go Contacts->"Windows Update fails while scanning for, downloading, or installing updates" and follow the on-screen prompts to install the diagnostic utility and submit a support request.

Good luck.

Is that some fixes are only available if you call it in. You paid dearly for Vista Ultimate. Get them to perform or refund.
