Trouble getting music from Napster on to my Iriver IFP 799

May 24, 2008 6:27AM PDT

I can't seem to be able to get music I have purchased from Napster on to my ifp 799. Transferring from the iriver music manager just produces the dma thing on the player and the song doesn't play. Used to be able to use windows media player 10 to transfer but went to wmp 11 and it keeps saying that my device has outdated drivers. I click on the web help page and the message that pops up saids that there are compatiable drivers available. I downloaded the newest one i could find from the iriver site that doesn't turn my iriver into a mass storage device and I still get the same error from wmp 11. Tried to reinstall wmp 10 again and it saids my it is no longer compatible with my version of windows. Napster doesn't seem to recognize the player. I have searched for hours now looking for a solution. Anyone have an answer or some advice?
