Trouble accessing web site with one computer in my network

Jun 16, 2008 11:43AM PDT

I seem to have a problem accessing a web site that all the other computers in my home network can access. Actually, the site is www.newegg.com and it works on all but one computer on my network. For the problem computer, I always get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have tried restoring the HOSTS file, turning off all firewalls, using the Firefox browser, I even reinstalled Symantec Antivirus...nothing. I also restarted Windows XP in safe mode with networking and it still could not connect. Yet, a second computer connects straight away. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
