TrojanDropper

TrojanDropper
An on line scan with Ravantivirus, revealed the following;

C:\Windows\pss\ttfcashe[1].exeStartup-TrojanDropper:Win32/small.gen

I did the following;

MSCONFIG- entry unchecked.

Search for all files including hidden revealed one entry-deleted and 'erased' from recycle bin.

Scan Disc and de-frag done.

Regedit search revealed nothing in terms of a Registry line.

Google has nothing in English corresponding to the entry above, and no translation avaialble for what I found.

Use Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger and ICQ which does not connect and which prompted the online scan in the first place.

Windows XP-Pro- SP-1 fully patched.

Frequent Ad-Aware and Spybot scans.

AVG 7.0 with current definitions and at least 2 daily scans.

I am looking for help with Regedit and finding something there that I can delete and in so doing erase the entry in MSCONFIG.

thank you.
