Howdy Lisa
I had to remove this from my sisters' computer after a sweet 15yr old changed the security and visited heaps of dubious sites. I downloaded A2 (A squared) from www.majorgeeks.com and it managed to track down and delete the malware. Another useful programme is HijackThis in case you are unaware of it. You might want to check if this is all she has as the trojan downloader seem to go handinhand with the about:blank hijacker.Hope this helps...:)
