shaboo..

What happened as a result of the advice, which was given to you, when you first discovered the problem? Did you try the scans? If it didn't help, did you try what was further suggested by posting a HJT log? It didn't help?

http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6132_102-0.html?messageID=3061465#3061465

Was your "recycler" issue ever resolved? I see where posting a HJT log, was also suggested on the last page of your thread at the McAfee forum. Did you post a log?

http://forums.mcafeehelp.com/showthread.php?t=228759

If you didn't post a log, I think you would greatly benefit from doing so. They make use of tools, which we don't use here. The people who help at the desiganted HJT forums are able to SEE what's going on. I'm sure you'll get the help you need.

Best of luck..
Carol

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
