trojan.lowzones! please help me

hello everyone,

newbie here. i really need help from all of you guys. my pc is infected by a trojan.lowzones. i feel helpless now. norton cannot fix it. i really appreciate all the help i will be receiving. thanks in advance. below is my hijackthis logfile:
