Trojan Horse SHeur2.IKY & Trojan Horse PSW.Generic6.AHWH

I need urgent help with removing these two viruses. Right now im running the worthless AVG Free Edition which in reality detects well but cant fix crap. Any ideas on how i might go about removing this?

(If your a representative from some soft company trying to advertise your anti-virus and make me install crap that doesnt work in order to fix this problem then dont bother)

Disable your system restore......

and delete your temp.files..... then reboot and run AVG again. IF AVG comes up clean, ENABLE system restore again.
