trojan horse

i need to know how i can get rid of trojan horse virus i have avg and spybot installed but it still gets in someone please help

could you please be more specific? what is the name of said trojan? where is it located on your system and how long have you been dealing with it?

i dont know where it is it comes up when i do a scan it says trojan horse 25 dialer at least 2 months

the computer is a pentium 11 350mz 4.2 gig harddrive 128 ram

you said that you have AVG and Spybot. Which one is finding it and why can't they get rid of it. Please be a little more specific and tell us exactly what you have done so far and what happens when you try to get rid of it. All we can do is guess from what you have told us. So far we know that you have had some sort of trojan for 2 months and you have Windows ME. Please help us so we can help you.

first off, run some online scanners, quite possible one will detect them, but if they are running in memory, they will not beable to remove them, but they will at least tell you where they are at, that is the info we need..

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
