Trojan.ByteVerify is a Java issue and outside of dumping Java (which we have at the office due to this security issue), you left out the MSOE.DLL error message which I may have used to find a possible solution.
Take the MSOE.DLL error message and put that into a http://www.google.com to see who others deal with that.
As to Java, I have no cure.

I got a trojan from somewhere, ran norton and deleted it, but now my programs won't open properly. I've been trying to just uninstall them and then reinstall from a disk but I can't even do that. For example: My outlook won't open, it says I am missing MSOE.DLL. I went and found the dll but it's in zip format and winzip isn't working. My add and remove programs in the control panel won't let me uninstall anything. Any suggestions???
