I recently found this trojan on my computer and removed it. Can anyone tell me what this specific trojan does?

"Programs classified as Trojan-Downloader download and install new versions of malicious programs, including Trojans and AdWare, on victim computers."

In other words, its job is to go get other bad things to install. By itself it's not that dire. Be sure to take Grif's advice for more scans.
