Description
Troj/Ranky-B is a backdoor HTTP proxy.
In order to run automatically when Windows starts up the Trojan adds the following registry entry:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Services = <Trojan filename>

The Trojan then listens on a randomly chosen port and attempts to contact several computers on the internet.
