This encrypted memory-resident Trojan usually arrives as the PECompact-compressed file MSCNT.EXE.

It attempts to connect and send user information to a malicious site, which contain an update of this malware. However, the site is currently unavailable for verification.

It runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.
