Why? This only makes it harder to decode what you have and look for possible answers. Given the hiding of information I will answer with "perform a factory reset." If that doesn't fix it, arrange for repair.
I bought a new Trio PRO-BOOK 10.1 in 2016. It is now out of warranty. It worked fine until awhile ago and then it stopped being able to connect to the internet via two different routers we have. We have a laptop and a smartphone that use these routers without any issues. When the Trio troubleshoots this connection issue, it always says, "The Realtek RTL1111BS Wireless LAN 111.11n SDIO Network Adapter adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems" (I've substituted 1s for the actual numbers). When I tried to correct the issue via System Restore, I discovered System Restore had never been turned on. I had assumed System Restore would have been on from the first day I used my Trio as a default setting.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I might go about getting my tablet to recognize my router again?
Thank you very much in advance for your help!
