You crossposted this but as the pod is now broken you might want to get estimates for repair or ask the usual places that sell parts what part to replace next.
Bob
I was replacing the lcd screen from my ipod touch 2nd gen and following a you tube video. when i first took off the front glass/digitizer the LCD still lite up and the ipod still powered on and i could see the lights inside it. So then i took off the LCD and i went to connect the new one. now when i connect it to power or try to turn it on it wont or connect it to itunes it doesn't even light up. What did i do wrong? i haven't finished assembling it yet but i think i must have done something wrong because now it wont light up at all. everything looks fine on the inside and the battery looks fine and is still connected and i didnt mess anything up that i know of.
Can anyone help me please?
