Tried InMotion Hosting and fired them

by wofdad / December 9, 2015 8:35 AM PST

signed up to move my hosting from a damaged server, but InMotion didn't get the transfer done before the other service shut their server down. InMotion had time to do it, but their response was that "they were very busy" and needed 1-4 days to complete the task. My call was on Day 7. They seemed too busy to care about the consequences of their inaction. Lost my webpage, had to re-do my email, etc. Cancelled their service and went with GoDaddy, who has been stellar. You get what you pay for and their high rating seems to have gone to their head.
