The volunteers here in CNET's forums don't analyze HJT logs. It's a specialised job and takes time to work through with the user. Our Spyware, viruses and secuirty forum has a Sticky post about this and that gives guidance where you can go to seek further help.

If you just want to see what is suspicious,then you can copy/paste the full log into the HiJackThis analyzer web site here;
That will point out any suspicious entries.

But what to do next depends on your own expertise, and that's where the HJT eperts may come in.
