Trend Internet Security

Anyone using Trend Interent Security? Have you enabled the anti spam for email? Is it working for you? Mine is marking many things as spam, even though I have that email address listed in the whitelist as NOT spam. I've turned OFF antispam and it is STILL marking things as spam. This is the only problem I've ever had with Trend and I've used Trend/Pccillin for several years.

Hi,

While waiting for inputs from Trend Internet Security users, you might want to review the spam rules or filters (if any) that is maybe the reason why some of whitelisted were categorized as spam.

I believe it's a glitch in the system. Example..
my mom's email is listed as OKAY.. however, if she for some reason sends me 3 different emails (different text/subject), the first 2 will be marked as spam, while the last one will be okay. Another friend, about every other day her emails will be marked as spam too. Not really any rhyme or reason as to who, what or when it marks things as spam.

The strange thing is you've turned off antispam but it is still marking your incoming emails Sad

Hmmm have you tried to contact their support team? You should especially if antispam has been turned off but it is still working to mark some emails as spam. Just a suggestion.
