Thank you for your feedback. And I'm sorry to hear you are frustrated with our site.
Let me know how I can help. The reason why your username you entered was rejected so many times is because we have millions of registered accounts and if the username is simple one, most likely it is already taken. It's kind of like creating a new email account on Yahoo, Gmail, or any other email client, if you have a common/simple name it is more likely that someone has already taken it.
I can help you change your username if you'd like if you are unhappy with the one you created, you'll just have to send me a list of your preferred ones. Just simply go here to my CNET profile: http://www.cnet.com/profiles/lee+koo+%28admin%29/ , click on the blue envelope icon and email me directly.
Or if you simply want your CNET account deleted, I can take care of that for you as well. Just let me know.
Again I apologize for your frustrations. I'm here to help. Looking forward to your email.
Best regards,
-Lee
You can create an account but you can ever delete it. Then when I tried to put in a name it rejected everything I tried until a put in some long stupid name that no one would probably have. Now it is stuck with this stupid name for 90 days and there is absolutely no support to get anythng fixed. If you get here be sure to filter all email from CNET to TRASH.
