Hi All,

I've been told that Windows 8 allows you to read English and to see the Russian translation of a word simply by putting the cursor on the English word.

Is this true and, if so, how do I set up my computer to do this?

But I did see Google Chrome has some machine translation. You are aware that machine translation is, well, not so good.
