BOUGHT A NEW 64" 3D TV AND 3D BLUERAY PLAYER BOTH SAMSUNG PAID 3,000 AND IT DON'T PLAY THE TWO BEST 3D MOVIES OUT THERE ALL I GET IS A BLUE SCREEN TELLING ME ABOUT FIRMWARE, CALLED SAMSUNG TALKED FOR HOURS GOT NOWHERE, THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE AND TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE MONTHS BEFORE THEY GET TO IT. WHAT A JOKE.

guess I have to buy another brand dvd player, poor service from samsung they acted like they don't care, makes me worry that I bought the wrong brand tv after reading some of these post here
