transferring your old iTunes to your new computer

I watched a video a few weeks ago (it was a girl in the video)involving transferring your old iTunes to your new computer. The person told how to do this but I can't find it on your website now. I have a new computer (Windows XP Pro SP2) and I want to do this. If someone could tell me how to find this video (on cnet) I think I can solve my problems quickly..
Please help !!!!!
