Transferring files from "my documents" to a jump drive

Using Windows ME.
Trying to transfer files in "my documents" to jump drive in USB. Calling up files and highlighting them,going to "file", then "send to" and find that there is no place listed for the jump drive or"removable drive".
Have about 40 files that need to be transferred at one time. I can do each individually and "save as" but this takes too much time.

Select them, press control-C (Copy)

Manuever to the jump drive and click in the window you wnat them and press control-V (paste).

Or open 2 explorer windows and click+drag them over.
