Is your problem that you cannot locate the files in the backup folders or that you cannot transfer them? Does Norton not provide instructions for retrieving files from the backup?

I spent many hours with norton tech support-up to 3rd level. He was suppose to call me back with solution. Of course he didn't. So I'm stuck.

1. First you have to restore 2. Second you have to import into cirrent email client.

You have to think of it as like if you have proprietary data for a specific program. It does you no good to restore if you don't have that prorietary program to read the restored data.

restoring file. All is did was resotre to a location and point Itunes to the folder and the songs played. The problem is you don't have Outlook Express in Windows 7. You may be able to restore to a location on the new pc and use Windows mail live and import you Outlook express emails. If you have Office try to import them into Outlook.
