Transfer of domain name

Jan 13, 2012 8:20PM PST

Hello and hope you can help.
Im trying to transfer my business domain away from Vistaprint to moonfruit. I have paid vista a transfer fee to release the domain name and I meet all other criteria and have unlocked the domain as instructed.
I notice that tuwcows own or are registrars for my the domain.
I then get emails from moonfruit which to be honest have been writen by a person who can barely write english. like its all back to front like an alien out of Startrek. You need the universal translator.
The latest email seems to read that they have sent a request to <a href="mailto:csadmin@vistaprint.com"><font color="#4058a4">csadmin@vistaprint.com</font></a>
I never get a validation email from above ( vistaprint) to get the transfer completed. Then I get an email saying transfer has failed after two days from moonfruit
This is costing me money and my business is affected.
I have read here that I should fax this and that to all concerned but why. Im the owner, its clear on the register and I have the authority code. Why is it made so difficult to do something so simple.
I have this morning updated the admin contact in the control panel which was <a href="mailto:csadmin@vistaprint.com"><font color="#4058a4">csadmin@vistaprint.com</font></a>
I have changed it to my business email. I sense that perhaps Vista were sending the validation to themselves, complete JERKS, or am I being thick and stupid here. Why would they send the validation emais to themselves
Please help as Im running out of ideas
many thanks

Why transfer to poor support?
Jan 15, 2012 7:42PM PST

Sorry, I cannot help you with the specifics - but why would you want to transfer ANYTHING to a place that provides such poor support trying to get your business? It's not going to get any better when they actually have it.

Of course, at this point, it may be a little late in the game to change things.

If you need to move a domain name to a different registrar, see Transferring Domain Names to Another Registrar.
