It seems to me that such a question had to open discussions.

By "one click" I have succeeded in transferring the details of my contacts (about 200 people) from my simple LG GU280f mobile phone to Outlook Express in my PC (OS is Windows XP). Transfer was achieved by synchronizing phone and PC, utilizing LG-distributed software. Contact data include name, phone no. and optional additional data, e.g. more phone no.s, e-mail addresses etc. Outlook displays only the names, in a single column, alphabetically ordered.. I must click on each name to get the other details of the contact, they then appear in a popping-up window. Copying and pasting, even of the data set of a single contact is not accepted by Excel.
Has anyone an idea of how to transfer the entire list to Excel while converting it into a multiple-column table, to allow easy inspection, editing and varying office uses of the data? Thanks in advance.
