Clarification Request
It appears folk do.

Tried everything I could find.
#1 Backup to cloud does not back up contacts.
#2 The only option regarding contacts and SIM is Import from SIM.
#3 If you plug the phone into computer, it does not show contacts in any folder.
#4 If you go to settings for SIM, it does not have contacts as an option.

Just worked this for a friend. If you transfer to the SIM then move the SIM you get to transfer on the Android from SIM to contacts. This is not obvious why this is.

Though it's a little complicated, it works.
First, transfer the contacts from your Nokia to your computer.
Second, transfer them from your computer to your Android.
