LOL. Except for the fact that it's illegal and is removed as ad-ware lol.
If using MSN Messenger there is a third party add-on that may fill your needs. It archives all chats and even has an password encryption feature so only you can read the archived chat. Carefully read and follow install instructions as you may want to opt out of one feature in particular in which some find undesirable. It is easy to do. Only works with Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger. Go here for details of Messenger Plus and download the latest version.
