TPM connections go to the TPM (module). Picture follows.
My ASUS A68HM-PLUS motherboard has no clear instructions on what order to put the wires from the case into the TPM connector.Someone please help. By the way it is a 20-1 pin.

Well do I need a TPM to put the case power switch, reset switch and LED's into the blank space?
The TPM connection is for the TPM module and not for the power switch and LEDs.
I supplied this graphic to show such a module and how it takes up the entire connection.
But if you just goofed a little and it's just the regular old header for power and LEDs, those take a few builds till I see the builder connecting up the controls and LEDs on their own.
