For us they resulted in callbacks which you can guess would be the death of support for a small business. We'll deploy the new mesh WiFi systems, router as a WAP or a powerline WiFi system but never an extender. If you feel the extender should work, talk to its maker.
Hi, I did install the range extender TL-WA830RE on my PC and set the same IP of my router as decsribed in the guide (I am connected via WIFI to my router which is in another room), so it was working on my PC and smarthpone but when I tried to connect some other smartphones and my smart TV, which were already connected before the extender, they dont work,it says connected but no internet,so my question is: how to enable more devices to connect to the internet via the extender, I saw someone post that maybe enabling WDS it would work but I dont want to fu** up my router with these new settings,what do you reccomend to do to get them working? Thanks
