Aug 23, 2017 1:11AM PDT

I have HP Pro tablet 610 with operating system Windows 10 64bit. Some day a the touch screen stopped responding. I shutdown it through power button and then started it again but since that time Touchscreen not working......in device manager it shows yellow mark on driver and properties say "this device cannot start. (code 10) a request for the hid descriptor failed" I have re-installed windows several times and updated it but same result. I have also tried windows 8.1 but couldn't succeeded.

I see this tablet originally came with Windows 8.1. You upgraded it to Windows 10 and it worked, and now it fails?

- How did you reinstall Windows 10? Where did the necessary drivers come from?

If it still doesn't work after you went back to factory conditions (your didn't tell) it's a hardware failure. Then it might be time for a new tablet.
