touch screen on slr?

hi. i really like touch screens on point and shoots. do you think there will ever be lcd touch screens on dslr? will that slow things down alot or speed them up? thanks. comments welcome.

When shooting with a DSLR, you don't want to be stuck accessing menus on an LCD.

If you had(I'm assuming you don't since this didn't occur to you) a DSLR you would find that parts of your face touch the LCD all the time when looking through the viewfinder. That means you would be changing settings while you were trying to take a photo. That's the reason why DSLRs will most likely not have a touch screen screen.

You might like it on point and shoots, but you use the screen for shooting. I don't think it will happen unless the screen is flippable or have a button to turn on and off the touch screen.

hi. ive got 3 dslrs. i just think it would be really cool to have one on a dslr and i think would be a little faster to use. thanks
