touch pad

I have a Dell Inspiron 600M with Windows XP, and just reformatted my laptop. I have since lost my ability to scroll using the touch pad. I also cannot find where I can make adjustments to the touch pad. Can anyone help me please?

You may need the driver

If you go to Dell Support for the 600m and look for the mouse/pointer drivers you will find what you may need.
