When I sell "things" I want cash and all of them are as-is or curb-side warranty. Once you walk off my curb, it's yours. I don't see anything wrong with that since the price is spot on with many P3's I see at other places such as compgeeks.com
The unhappy item could be the lackluster battery life. Some didn't understand that some laptops are desktop replacements and don't supply many hours of battery time. Such misunderstandings tend to skew the happiness numbers.

I am thinking about buying a Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100 (Pentium 4-M, 512 MB), the guy is selling it for $500, which seems pretty low, but I just read the user comments on the CNET review, and it has a 82% negative rating. So I am assuming the seller has had some problems with it and there is something wrong with the laptop. He says he only wants cash and that the laptop is "sold as is", which doesn't sound too good. Any Opinions?
