Toshiba Satellite m30-107 wireless keeps disconnecting and n

My Toshiba Satellite M30-107 with Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network connection doesn't connect to the wireless. I know there's no hardware problem, because I've used this laptop in different wireless networks in the past and just recently I have formatted my laptop by using the Toshiba Recovery disk given with it. I configure the wireless by entering the SSID and Network Key. But the wireless connects with Excellent signal coverag only for a second and then disconnects, then reconnects, disconnects. After doing this for a while it stays disconnected. How do I make it connect and stay connected as it should be ?

How old is your router?

You may need to replace your router. They do wear out after a while. They're not expensive; I bought a Tenda wireless-N one for $15 and it works great.

Good luck.

So what are you using for a router? And of course the recovery disk(s) included the drivers? Typically Toshiba and many others use more than one disk for full OS/Driver reinstallation after a full format, so I am curious as to how you went about the reload..and of course hardware, modem/router etc.
