Toshiba Satellite M115: CPU Upgrade?

I am heading off to college within the next year and instead of buying a new laptop (EXPENSIVE!) I would much rather upgrade my failing toshiba. I plan to add 4 GB of RAM. And purchase a 250 GB Hard drive and Windows Vista(maybe wait for Windows 7) but as for right now it is stock everything. I know the CPU is one of the most important parts to a computer and I see some toshiba A15's have some forums up like this but is it possible to purchase a compatible upgraded CPU for my laptop?

Doubtful and pricey check the parameter potential online but seriously, better off getting new L/T.
