Since it's new you could reset it to factory condition as you wouldn't have many new files and apps on it.

Toshiba's web site doesn't appear to address malware and infections. Do you feel it's time for Microsoft and makers to bulletproof Windows?

I've only had my Laptop for a few weeks and at first it worked fine, although I was getting lots of pop ups which I ignored
Since New Year, It began to become very slow, as in reeeeaaaally slow and now it doesn't work at all.
It turns on but just stays on a blank screen
I need it fixed ASAP but the Toshiba website has been useless
