Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276 or 135-S2246 help deciding ?

by CTyankeegirl / March 26, 2007 8:59 PM PDT

Hi. I'm comparing the Toshiba A135-S2276 and the A135-S2246. They are very similar, different processors (S2276 a little faster?) and no DVD WR. The S2246 is a little cheaper, about $70. I'll be adding 1GB RAM no mater which one I get. I'd really appreciate any input. Amazon has lots of good reviews on the 2246 and a few on the 2276. The main complaints are Vista, ans I plan to get rid of that and install XP Pro. I'm found similar XP machine to the 2276 so when it comes time, I can hopefully find the drivers. I'm looking for similar 2246 machines to find the XP drivers for that as comparison.
Thanks!!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
