Toshiba satelite P100 - 60

No sound from any system (speakers/ headphones)had a simular problem some time ago and faintly remember it came down to some updates !!!
Can anyone help

System restore to when it worked.

The common cause I run into is the owner accepted a driver from Windows Update. I use System Restore to when it worked or if that fails, Driver Rollback.

Not an offer to teach the Windows OS.
