I recently read a question on how to turn Toshiba's Power Management off. But I was really interested in how to turn it ON.
The thing is, magically it disappeared a while ago...probably through one of these Windows Updates...The thing is the Windows Power Management, is not that good on saving my battery energy, and I desperately would like to go back to TPM. This is a Toshiba Satellite P15...with Windows XP on it.
So, if it got somehow uninstalled...could anyone help me on how to get it back without restoring the whole OS? Also, if it is somewhere lying around, then where is it to turn it on?
I'd appreciate a little help.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
